About Us

Welcome -- we are the producers and developers of Canada's oil sands. We launched this discussion in June, 2008, as part of a larger program of activity to respond more effectively to concerns about the environmental and social impacts of developing Canada's oil sands.

The most popular part of this site is the discussion forum, an open forum where you can give your perspective and read what others have to say. A few oil company CEOs have participated directly in these discussions.

We did some public opinion polling to see what Canadians are thinking about the oil sands. The polling results and a summary are on the documents page. A selection of recent and archived news stories is under current news.
